When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for equipment and apparel?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unopened equipment within 30 days of purchase. Please note that digital subscriptions and sale items are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship physical products to the United States and Canada. However, our digital barre3 online subscriptions are available to customers worldwide.
How do I care for my barre3 core ball and weights?
We recommend wiping down your equipment with a damp cloth and mild soap after each use. Avoid using harsh chemicals to preserve the integrity of the materials.
